Gmail lets you automatically forward incoming mail to another address, so here's how to forward messages automatically from CGXchange to your CGIAR.ORG account: - Sign-in to the CGX mail page: http://mail.cgxchange.org
- Click Settings at the top of the CGXchange mail page, and open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
- From the first drop-down menu in the Forwarding section, select 'Add new email address.'
- our CGIAR email address to which you'd like your messages forwarded: e.g. b.obam@cgiar.org
- For your security, we'll send a verification to that email address
- Open your forwarding CGIAR.ORG email account, and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team.
- Click the verification link in that email
- Select the 'archive CGXCHANGE Mail's copy' and click on Save Changes.
From now on, any message that arrives to your CGXCHANGE.ORG account will be automatically forwarded to your CGIAR.ORG.
