How to access Google FormsCGIAR Users

need cgxchange.org account to access Google Docs. - You can access Google Forms from: http://docs.cgxchange.org and sign-in with your CGIAR account

a @gmail.com address) or create a personal Google account

Overview- Creating a form from your Docs list:
- Click New > Form
- In the form template that opens, you can add any questions and options you'd like.
- Click Email this form once you've finished adding your questions.
- Add email addresses for your desired recipients.
- Click Send.
- Creating a form from a spreadsheet:
- Click on the Form tab and click on Create a form.
- In the form template that opens, you can add any questions and options you'd like.
- Click Email this form once you've finished adding your questions.
- Add email addresses for your desired recipients.
- Click Send.
If you'd like to track responses on your form(s), you can add the Forms iGoogle Gadget to your iGoogle page. Once you create a form, you'll receive an email; at the bottom of this email, you can choose to add this gadget to your iGoogle page. Additional forms that you create, or view or collaborate on, will be automatically added to your gadget. Forms that have been sent to you will not be shown. More information
